Jenna Duval is the Regional Director of Commercial Lines for Alera Group’s New England region, where she leads the Commercial Lines Select team encompassing risk placement, account management, and support. She is responsible for delivering high-quality client service, driving operational efficiency, and supporting regional growth, while maintaining her own book of business to stay closely aligned with client and market needs. Jenna also leads regional commercial lines initiatives, ensuring alignment with Alera Group’s national strategies through consistent workflows and operating procedures, and plays a key role in strengthening relationships with carrier and industry partners. She began her insurance career in 2003 and advanced from small business placement to Commercial Lines Manager in 2015 before assuming a regional leadership role following Alera Group’s expansion in 2021. Jenna holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health, and has held the CISR Elite designation for 20
years. Jenna lives in Northampton, MA with her wife and twin daughters.
