John Gaffney, VP Development
John has been in both the financial services and employee benefits industry since 1997 and works with small to medium sized business on attraction and retention tools. He spends most of his time helping organizations reduce their employees cost without sacrificing value. John is involved in many charitable organizations throughout the Boston area. He graduated from Bentley University with a concentration in finance and marketing. In the winter months John works as an NCAA basketball official at the Division I level and participates in the NCAA tournament annually. He resides in Westwood, MA with his wife and four children.
