Kelli Viera is the Northeast Region Employee Benefits Practice Leader at Alera Group. With more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits and risk management, she is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and growth of the Northeast Employee Benefits practice.In her role, Kelli oversees regional teams and focuses on strengthening the client experience through consistent delivery, operational excellence, and strong collaboration across offices. She works closely with internal leaders and carrier partners to ensure teams are equipped to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with Alera Group’s national strategy.Kelli brings broad industry perspective from leadership roles at Alera Group, Marsh McLennan, and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. She is known for building strong teams, driving accountability, and creating clarity around priorities to support both colleagues and clients.Within the community, Kelli is an active board member of the Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England and is committed to leadership development and community engagement.
