Rob Schumann

Rob is a Senior Broker and Equity Partner in MHA Solutions and Propel Senior Care, both powered by Alera Group. Rob began his career in 2005 in Boston and rose to Senior Underwriter at AIG Healthcare focused on Professional Liability for Hospitals, Physicians, Senior Care, and Allied Healthcare Facilities.

 

Since 2005, Rob has been a Broker and Consultant for all lines of commercial insurance and employee benefits, working nationally with the same classes of healthcare risks he once underwrote. Rob's goal is to work collaboratively with clients and be a tailwind to those doing the heavy lifting of taking care of patients and residents each day.

 

He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and veteran of the CT Air National Guard. Rob resides in Avon CT with his wife and two sons.
